It is always important that as a consumer, you get the best available service.  Below are some questions to ask when meeting with an event/wedding planner.

How long have you been an event/wedding coordinator/planner/service provider?

  • We have been in business for over five years coordinating all types of events specializing in weddings.

What coordinating organization do you belong to and do you have a diploma?

  • We are currently working on memberships with Weddings Beautiful Worldwide and the Association of Bridal Consultants.  In addition, we adhere to the highest level of professionalism and ethics.   

How do you charge?  (Percentage, flat fee, hourly)

  • We charge by percentage for our services.  Our 2008 price for full service coordination is 12% of your total event/wedding budget.  If contracted for the day-of coordination only, the charge is 5% of your total event/wedding budget.  However, we customized our services to fit your needs.  

How much will you charge us for the services we need?

  • The total fee will depend on the amount of decorations, time, and materials needed to complete your event.  For example, when planning a wedding, we design a wedding budget and the fee is based on your wedding budget.  Therefore, if your wedding budget is $10,000.00 your fee for a full service coordination service is $1,200.00. 

How many times will we meet and how long will each meeting last?

  • We will meet at least twice a month for the first three month of the planning process, and then once a month thereafter.  During the last month of the planning process, we will meet about two - three times to finalize the wedding.  However, we offer unlimited amount of planning hours to suit your needs.

Will you meet with our vendors and look over their contracts?

  • Of course, this is part of the contract.  We will meet with you and all your vendors to ensure you receive optimum service.  In addition, we review all contracts to ensure accuracy and efficiency. 

What is the deposit requirement?

  • Availability is limited; therefore, we require 50% of the total fee as the first payment to book our services and to ensure we secure your date.   

Are you a registered business?

  • Yes, we are a registered business with the State of Florida. 

Do you have a preferred vendors list?

  • Yes, we do have a preferred vendors list; however, we are willing to work with any vendor as long as they are reliable, professional and are willing to provide the best customer service.

If we cancel our contract, will we get all or any of our deposit back?

  • Due to the nature of our business as a service provider, the contract may be cancelled but the deposit and any/all fees are non-refundable.

Can you help plan an event/wedding within our budget?

  • We can help everyone plan their event/wedding.  Since our prices are based on percentage, the fee depends on your event/wedding budget allowing us to assist everyone!
